Since each order is unique to the Customer and has no resale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order: no Refunds or credits.
Customer must notify DODO SIGNS LLC within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify of any defects discovered in the ordered product. To receive a replacement, the Customer must return 100% of the delivered product within 15 days of the date the ordered product was delivered (at their own expense). 
All charges related to expedited printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. All returned orders must be shipped at the Customer's expense.
