NCR Form Pads efficiently produce multicolored copies of a single document containing handwritten or typed information, such as order forms and receipts. NCR Form Pads are digitally printed as collated sets of white, canary, and pink sheets on 20lb stock, with sheets glued along the short edge. Up to four numbering locations can be customized. The wraparound cover is blank.
